Using NEC Biometric solutions, every logon attempt is authenticated to authorise employee’s access to his PC,

network and company applications.

SMART CARD AUTHENTICATION

AET middleware solution comes along with a smart card and a USB smart card reader to facilitate a two-

factor authentication system. A private key is created on the smart card obliging the user to access the smart

card functions via a PIN code. This solution can be further used for complemantary identiﬁcation roles such as

access to company’s building and time recording functions.
