The computers can contain RAID Systems to be managed by the Universal RAID Utility.

computer in which RAID Systems are installed and that attached to the RAID Controller including the Universal

RAID Utility.

Software (Windows)

Operating systems

The Universal RAID Utility can operate in the following operating systems.

It can operate in either 32-bit or 64-bit environment for any operating system.

 Windows Server 2012

 Windows Server 2008 R2

 Windows Server 2008

 Windows Server 2003 R2 SP1 or later

 Windows Server 2003 SP1 or later

 Windows 8

 Windows 7

 Windows Vista

 Windows XP Professional SP2 or later

 Windows XP Professional x64 Edition SP1 or later

If you use "Server Core Install Option" of Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2 or

Windows Server 2012, use raidcmd for the management of the RAID System. (You cannot

use RAID Viewer and Log Viewer).
